Orders. Your order is binding when you receive an order confirmation by email. Every item is made to order. If we cannot fulfill an order, we tell you and refund you in full.

Prices and payment. Prices are shown in Swedish kronor (SEK). Shipping is added at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order.

Delivery. See our Shipping policy.

Right of withdrawal. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal. See our Refund policy.

Complaints. Contact us if something is wrong with your order. Under Swedish consumer law you can complain about faults for up to three years after purchase.

Product images. Some product images are mockups. Colors may look slightly different on your screen.

Liability. We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control, such as strikes, extreme weather or customs. This does not limit your rights under Swedish consumer law.

Disputes. Swedish law applies. If we cannot agree, you can turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), arn.se.

Changes. We may update these terms. The terms that applied when you placed your order apply to that order.
