Shipping policy

Production. Every item is made to order. Production usually takes 2–5 business days before your order ships.

Shipping rates

• Sweden: 49 kr. Free on orders from 500 kr.
• Europe (EU, Norway, UK, Switzerland, Iceland): 89 kr.
• Rest of the world: 149 kr.

You pay shipping once per order, no matter how many items you buy.

Delivery times after shipping

• Sweden: 2–5 business days
• Europe: 5–10 business days
• Rest of the world: 5–20 business days

Customs and import fees. Some items are produced in the USA. For those items, and for orders shipped outside the EU, import duties, taxes or handling fees may apply. These are paid by the customer. Product pages say if an item ships from the USA.

Tracking. When your order ships, you get an email with a tracking number.

Lost or damaged packages. Email us within 30 days of the expected delivery date and we will sort it out.

Unclaimed packages. If a package is not picked up and is returned to us, we may charge the shipping cost to resend it.
