This policy explains how Bunkersand Studio handles your personal data when you visit bunkersand.studio or buy from us.

What we collect
- Order data: name, email, phone, shipping and billing address, what you bought.
- Payment data: handled by our payment provider. We never see your full card number.
- Site data: device, browser, IP address and how you use the site, through cookies.
- Messages: what you write when you contact us.
Why we use it
- To process, produce and deliver your order (contract).
- To handle returns, complaints and support (contract).
- To keep accounting records (legal obligation).
- To improve the site and show relevant ads, only with your consent through the cookie banner (consent).
- To send newsletters, only if you sign up (consent). You can unsubscribe at any time.
Who we share it with
- Shopify, which runs our store and payments.
- Our production partners, such as Printful, who make and ship your order.
- Shipping carriers, to deliver your package.
- Meta and Google, for ads and analytics, only if you accept marketing cookies.
Some of these companies process data outside the EU, for example in the USA, under the safeguards required by the GDPR.
How long we keep it. Order and accounting data is kept for seven years, as required by Swedish accounting law. Other data is deleted when it is no longer needed.
Your rights. You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, limit or object to how we use it, or get a copy of it. Email joel.klasen@gmail.com. You can withdraw consent at any time. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), imy.se.
Cookies. We use cookies needed to run the store and, with your consent, cookies for analytics and ads. You can change your choice in the cookie banner or your browser settings.
